I love Marilyn's recounting of a special experience in Paris you will enjoy reading for yourselves. It made me smile to read of the gentle way people have with children over there. In the U.S. the world of adults and children is clearly divided and children are not usually welcome. The heart warming recollection will perhaps make you think twice about traveling with kids in France.

Mussells and French fries are two of my favorite foods not necessarily together but here they are paired and in this instance it is a great combination!

You just can't go wrong with these! You've got ease of preparation, tasty (though they're called fries, they are baked in 400 degree oven) and healthy all with a pleasing presentation. That's a home run in my kitchen!:)

Her most famous roles are in Mozart operas, which she has sung continuously during the composer's 250th birthday year: Susanna, Zerlina in Don Giovanni and Pamina in The Magic Flute have been her calling cards, along with Marzelline in Fidelio, Adina in L'elisir d'amore and Rosina in The Barber of Seville. But these are only a few of the roles in her rocketing career. Ms. Bayrakdarian sang Euridice in Gluck's Orfeo to signature success at Lyric Opera of Chicago - and Cleopatra (Giulio Cesare), Romilda (Xerxes), and Emilia (Flavio) demonstrate her tremendous skills as a Handelian."
